| Ordinary Membership | |
| Ordinary membership is open to all hobbyists who rear wildlife and individuals who have an interest in wildlife. Individuals who have a commercial interest in wildlife must apply for Full Membership. | |
| Ordinary members are not entitled to vote. | |
| First year application fees amount to RM100 per person followed by an annual subscription of RM50. | |
| For all membership applications received prior to December 31, 2014, approved members will qualify to receive a P4PHM t-shirt, while stocks lasts. | |

| Full Membership | |
| Full membership is open to any individual with an interest in wildlife or has a commercial interest in wildlife, whether it be that of a zoo operator, a wildlife breeder or a wildlfie trader. Consultants and service providers in the wildlife industry will also qualify for Full Membership. | |
Full members are entitled to one vote, when a vote is called for at AGMs or EGMs. Full members may also stand for elections into the Executive Commitee of the P4PHM, which is held every two years. |

| Each full member––normally a corporation––will be entitled to nominate two representatives but will still only have one vote. Full members who are individuals may only nominate themselves (wiht no second representatives). | |
| First year application fees amount to RM1,000 per commercial entity followed by an annual subscription of RM200, both of which will be invoiced. | |
| For all membership applications received prior to December 31, 2014, approved members will qualify to receive up to two P4PHM t-shirt, while stocks lasts. | |

| Associate Membership | |
| Associate membership is open to NGOs and government agencies, which have an interest in the wildlife industry. | |
| Please contact us for more information relating to Associate Memberships. | |
| Application for Membership (Procedures) | |
| 1. Complete an applicaiton form. Scan and email it to memberships (at) P4PHM (dot) org. | |
| 2. Deposit the required first year application fee into our account at CIMB. Companies requiring an invoice may request for this at membership (at) P4PHM (dot) org. |

| 3. The Executive Committee––that sits every quarter––will vet applicaiton forms for approval. | |
| 4. Approved members will receive notification from the Memberships Department and arrangements will be made to handover membership cards and t-shirts. Courier service is available for an additional RM10. |
